Terms and Conditions:

1. “First Come, First Served” Basis on booth space and placement
2. All prices are subject to  12% VAT
3. Payment shall be made on or before August 30,2017
4. All Cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to the Conference Manager. Full Payment is due and no Refunds will be made for any cancellation.
5. For VAT exempted Companies, attach Certificate of VAT Exemption and complete confirmation sheet.
6. Payments  shall be made either through bank deposit or online payment via Kalikasan GP3 Conference and Expo Website
